The department of mathematics was established at our college in 2008. The discipline serves as a thriving community of stalwart teachers, dedicated researchers, and diligent students who all share an interest and passion for Mathematics.

To emerge as an institution that creates an academic pursuit and articulates knowledge with standardized practices in the field of Mathematics.

Department provides a strong foundation to the young minds by inculcating a brief understanding of Mathematics and its Applications, quantitative reasoning, and employability skills, essential to embark on a career in advanced disciplines of Mathematics.

Mathematics marks the foundation of every discipline of science, commerce, and technology - from calculating the science of quantity and space to the study of patterns. The course has been designed to equip the students with a platform

The department has jumped on many opportunities and gained accreditation on many occasions. We allow them to nurture their academic knowledge while balancing co-curricular activities as well.

The Department of Mathematics holds well-equipped computing labs with software like SCILAB, INTLAB, C++, LATEX, MATLAB, MAPLE, and Mathematica. The primary purpose of the Mathematical Computing Laboratory is to explore, coordinate and assist mathematical research projects with computational or computer visualization divisions.

The Department has flourished by the relentless effort of the faculty at play. The faculty members are active members of the mathematics community, focused on leveraging their knowledge to aid the discipline. The faculty have published more than 10 papers in international journals and participated actively in reputed National and International conferences.
